How to make PET into a highly transparent container lipstick packaging?

Raw material control:

Process optimization:
Reduce injection speed, adjust gate position, and avoid melt turbulence. Increase holding pressure and holding time to reduce shrinkage. Extend cooling time to avoid stress silver streaks caused by rapid cooling. Reduce flow marks and mold sticking: Set up exhaust grooves to exhaust gas and prevent the formation of bubbles.

Precise control of process parameters: Keep the mold temperature and injection pressure stable, and use an intelligent temperature control system to ensure temperature consistency. Raw material batch detection: Perform melt index test on each batch of raw materials to ensure consistent fluidity.
Mold and equipment calibration: Use high-precision molds and regularly check the wear of the molds; at the same time, regularly maintain the screw and nozzle of the equipment to ensure uniform plasticization.

To reduce stress cracking, the following measures can be taken:
Reducing internal stress: Lower the melt temperature and mold temperature to avoid stress concentration caused by rapid cooling. Use "step pressure" in the pressure holding stage to reduce shrinkage stress, and anneal the finished product.
Material improvement: Add toughening agents to improve the material's impact resistance and stress cracking resistance.
Through these measures, the occurrence of stress cracking can be effectively reduced and the reliability and durability of the product can be improved.
In order to avoid the loss of transparency, the following measures can be taken:
Raw materials and mixing process: select special raw materials with high transparency, and avoid using raw materials containing fillers or masterbatches. Ensure that the melt is fully plasticized to avoid local overheating that may cause material degradation.
Cooling control: Keep the mold temperature uniform, use a circulating water or oil cooling system, and avoid uneven local cooling that may cause foggy spots.
Through these measures, the high transparency of the product can be effectively maintained and the problem of increased haze can be reduced.
To avoid demolding difficulties (such as scratches and deformation), the following measures can be taken:
Mold optimization:
Increase the demolding slope and avoid right-angle design.
Hard chrome plating is applied to the cavity surface to improve the finish and reduce friction.
Process adjustment:
Reduce injection pressure to avoid overfilling and mold sticking.
Before demolding, ensure cooling to below the glass transition temperature of the material.
Demolding assistance:
Use food-grade demolding agent and spray it evenly on the mold surface.
Design "demolding buckle" or pneumatic ejection device to reduce mechanical stress and improve demolding efficiency.
